We offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, available to anyone who is a resident of Illinois and lives reasonably close to our office. This hybrid approach lets you choose the type of session that best fits your schedule and comfort level, whether it's coming into the office or connecting online from the convenience of your home.

Standard sessions are 45-55 minutes. Extended sessions are scheduled at the discretion ofy our therapist and based on your insurance coverage.
