Welcome! I’m McKenna, a second-year Master’s student in Marriage and Family Therapy and a clinical intern dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. My work fosters meaningful connections, enhances emotional well-being, and empowers clients to achieve personal growth. With a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, I strive to create a safe space where you can explore your experiences and work toward positive change.


As an intern, I bring fresh perspectives and a commitment to evidence-based practices, such as Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tailored to your unique needs. My focus areas include building emotional resilience, improving communication, managing stress and anxiety, conflict resolution, and understanding behavioral patterns. I am passionate about supporting clients through the complexities of relationships and self-discovery. I believe healing is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.

When not working with clients or furthering my studies, I enjoy yoga, exploring nature, journaling, and spending time with my dogs, which help me stay grounded and connected. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also a brave investment in yourself and your relationships. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you as you work toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. Let’s begin this transformative journey together.
