About Taylor Hammes..

As a therapist, I’m here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can navigate everyday challenges and develop practical skills for emotional regulation, social interactions, and distress tolerance. Many of the clients I work with are managing the effects of trauma or ADHD, and I understand that reaching out for help can be a big step, especially if it’s your first time in therapy. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and build the tools you need to feel more in control and resilient in your daily life.

I find great fulfillment in helping individuals heal from trauma and witnessing their recovery process. I am particularly passionate about helping my clients improve their academic, professional, and social lives for an overall better life. My approach is centered on providing a safe and reliable space for clients to feel understood and listened to.

My clients leave our sessions feeling empowered with new tools to tackle their problems. Kids feel closer to their families, teens gain confidence, and adults feel more in control of their lives. I'm supportive and understanding, fun and creative, and patient, letting clients move forward at their own speed.
